    Venison salami is a dry-cured and smoked gourmet deer charcuterie. The aromatic spices highlight the meaty venison flavour and intense wild game character. Each artisanal salami is prepared in small batches from prime cuts of the finest lean venison meat.

    Venison salami is delicious on its own, in sandwiches, as a pizza topping or sliced into risotto and pasta sauces. It also makes the perfect centrepiece for charcuterie boards, going exceptionally well with , including Cheddar, Parmesan or Gouda.

    Venison is naturally low in cholesterol and has the highest protein content of all game meats.
