Spicy Venison Salami 230g

Spicy venison salami with a piquant character and rich meaty flavour. It is made from prime cuts of deer meat, seasoned with and wood smoked. The artisanal charcuterie is traditionally prepared in small batches for an authentic experience.

This spicy salami makes a delicious sandwich filling, or try it as a pizza topping or sliced into risottos. It also goes very well with , including Cheddar and Gouda.
