Pick salami is a classic Hungarian charcuterie and a national culinary icon, produced by Pick Szeged since its introduction in 1883. This winter salami combines premium-quality lean meat with pork belly and a secret blend of spices that includes fresh garlic and white pepper, creating a special winter delicacy.

The salami is expertly cured, smoked over fragrant beechwood, and dry-aged, during which time a layer of noble mould develops on the exterior, giving it a distinct and instantly recognisable appearance.

With over a century of experience, the masterful crafting results in a flavourful salami with a distinct smoky aroma and an intense, complex taste.

Its unique qualities have earned it international recognition, and Pick téliszalámi is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) certified product.
