: Buffalo cheese made from organic buffalo milk, this traditional semi-hard cheese has been aged for a minimum of six months for a deliciously creamy flavour.

: Artisan cow's cheese infused with aromatic fresh herbs, its rich taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture bring the flavour of lush green pastures to your table.

: Parenica is a traditional artisan Hungarian cow's cheese smoked over fragrant oak chippings for an intensely aromatic flavour with irresistible smoky notes.

: Organic blue cheese wafers are given an irresistible gourmet twist by adding aromatic herbs and spices inspired by the flavours of the Tuscan countryside.

: Marcell Bukolyi produces the only organic Egri Bikavér in the region, and this award-wining Bull's Blood made from hand-picked grapes certainly packs a punch. Oak and bramble, alongside red and blue fruits, are complemented by rustic aromas of forest floor and chocolate. A tantalising acidity and medium tannins give the wine its balance. Hints of flint, smoke and paprika can be found on the finish.
