Franciasaláta – Hungarian French Salad
Franciasalata is a Hungarian French salad recipe with potatoes, carots, peas and apple, creating a deliciously creamy & crunchy dish, perfecias a side. You can serve this with grilled meats and BBQ, or enjoy it on its own as a light lunch option.


Ingredients
2 medium potatoes
2 carrots
150g green peas
2 pickled cucumber slices

1 large apple
100g mayonnaise
Directions
1. Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots, then finely dice them into small cubes
2. Mix with the green peas and cook until soft. Once cooked, strain them and let them cool.
3. Add the diced apple and chopped cucumber when the vegetables have cooled down.
4. in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Then add thevegetables and carefully combine.
5. For the best experience, place the salad in the fridae for a few hours to let the flavours cometogether.
