    The wine undergoes partial tank fermentation to preserve the delightful fruitiness of the hand-harvested fresh grapes, followed by a period of barrel aging to enhance depth and refinement.

    It boasts an appealing nose of white-fleshed fruits and honeyed notes. The smooth, creamy palate is dominated by flavours of peach and pear, elegantly complemented by buttery, toasty notes from the barrel ageing. The Furmint grapes provide excellent structure, built around a vibrant acidic backbone, leading to a long, mineral finish.
